Gearscores shows a limiting factor of a players capability, the same person will perform much better at 5k gearscore (with shit gems) in comparisson to 2k gearscore (correct gems)
no one ever said its going to be 100% accurate on how someone will perform. but its a rough idea.
if you want to point out a flaw in it, choose a lacking ‘ignore/apply resilience and gems’ button.

You don’t have to alt tab and go to WoWarmory anymore. This helps if they have retarded ass characters in their name.
You don’t need to know other classes hit caps because it says if they are under or not.
Gearscore is moreso for sorting out who to bring to pugs IMO. Not for guilds.
