CoolLine, SexyCooldown (I think it’s called) and Forte Xorcist (the most popular one) are all cooldown lines.
If you need cooldown on your action bar, I recommend OmniCC.
I am not a UI person but I really like that bar that shows CD of spells and such, is that an addon that I can get separately?
