There simply isn’t much I can say between a meager 500 character count. The lore of Warcraft is so vast, so inner evolving, that there literally is no end to it. It is a constant, moving forward, and changing world, that people simply have to accept. All of the information is easily found on Wowwiki, by the way. The earth mother has two eyes. The sun (An’she), and the moon (Mu’sha). (There are sayings that Night Elves and Tauren believe in the one and same thing, I’m not getting into this right now, too complicated.) There are many forms of magic in this world. The sun is another way of light, different from the way Paladins use it. The order will be named Sunwalkers, as hinted from the conversation between Aponi Brightmane and Tahu Sagewind in Thunderbluff, where they talk they could do more good.

There is actually a Tauren in Thunderbluff that talks about having found the light and deciding to follow it instead of the Earth-Mother, so there is precedent of it in game.
