Yes if you have the blizzard launcher enabled you will see two buttons in the bottom left hand corner when it pops up. One of those buttons is for the test realms.
You can also just find where you saved the actuall test realm file game and just click on it. If you are using windows vista its usually in the games folder.
mabye open up your wow. then click on the public test when it shows the launcherr
