If you are talking about the two bars on each side of the character, it would be IceHUD. It is a great addon and it does indeed come in handy whenever you use it. It does take some getting used to.

u can use it like healbot to spell casts with your mice when u click on them and stuff like that
or u can just use it to see ur enemys
It’s not X-Perl but something close.. just go to curse and look up unit frames, X might be better.
